Heating guide
Placeholder text: this guide hasn't been written yet. What you see below is filler, not the real guide.
Quick start
- [Placeholder] On the thermostat in the living room (1), raise the temperature with + to what you want. 20 or 21 degrees is comfortable.
- [Placeholder] Give it time: the radiators take about half an hour to warm the house, especially when it is very cold outside.
More options
[Placeholder] One radiator warmer or cooler
[Placeholder] Each radiator has its own valve on one side (2). Turn it towards + to make it warmer, or all the way towards − to switch it off in a room you aren’t using.
[Placeholder] At night and when you go out
[Placeholder] At night, turn the thermostat down to 17 degrees: you sleep better and the house doesn’t get cold. If you are out all day, turn it down too; there is no need to switch it off.
If something goes wrong
[Placeholder] The radiators are cold.
[Placeholder] Check that the thermostat is set higher than the temperature in the house and that the flame shows on its display. If the display is blank, change its batteries: there are spares in the drawer by the front door.
[Placeholder] The boiler shows an error or a red light.
[Placeholder] Don’t touch the boiler: let us know and we will sort it out.
