We hope you never need this, but if something happens, everything is right here.

Emergencies: 112

If anyone is in danger (an accident, a fire, someone feeling very unwell), call 112. It’s free, it works from any mobile phone even without your own network’s coverage, and they can help you in English.

112 can usually locate your phone to find you. The House’s exact address is in your stay link, the one we sent you on WhatsApp.

And once you’re safe, let us know through that same link.

Health centre

[Placeholder] The nearest health centre will go here: its name, where it is, how long it takes by car, its phone number and opening hours, and where to go when it’s closed.

Pharmacy

[Placeholder] The nearest pharmacy will go here, with its opening hours and how to find the one on duty.

Fuse box

[Placeholder] Where the House’s fuse box (electrical panel) is will go here.

If the power goes off in the whole House or part of it, check whether a switch in the fuse box has tripped and flip it back up. If it trips again straight away, leave it down and let us know.

Water stopcock

[Placeholder] Where the water stopcock is will go here.

If you see a leak or water coming out, turn off the stopcock and let us know.
